Why would anyone rate this less than five stars? For only twenty dollars you can get a full STD panel done and receive treatment if you test positive. Even if you have insurance, it is probably much cheaper to get tested here. Everyone I met was wonderful. I was able to make an appointment easily online, but my partner told me you can also call and probably get a next-day appointment if necessary. I love this place!!!

Best to come in as a walk-in. Phone agents are rude and their online appointment system is always booked a month out. In-person most people are very nice but on the phone, it sounds like they don't like their job haha.

Booking is simple, services are so affordable and the staff are all so kind and non judgemental. The online portal is so simple and you can view your results as soon as they're in from the lab. I can't say enough good things about them keeping me safe and sexy 😘

$20 gets you the full STI screening + treatment if you test positive for anything! They even offer assistance if you can't foot the $20, because they care about your health, not your money. You can also go and receive treatment if you let them know that one of your sexual partners recently tested positive and skip the screening process entirely. Very cool!

Love this place. The affordability! Warning they do make you wear a mask still… ⚠️ I must say the lady who sticked us with a needle was terrible, it was painful and even after 12 hours it’s still painful. Usually it’s just a pinch for one second and gone. It seemed like she might’ve twisted it around or something. Terrible!
My boyfriend who came with me said the same thing so it wasn’t just me.

Teach your people right please.
This doesn’t encourage people to get tested…

I usually have a great experience scheduling appointments here but I just called to schedule one (I spoke with Susan) and she gave me my last results and asked me why I would need a new appointment if my last results were negative.
She then hung up on me and when I called again go get an appointment and told her that I was hung up on, she began to laugh.
She is very unprofessional and rude.

Staff is professional but patients can only schedule an appointment for the next business day. They do not allow you to book ahead. Very inconvenient for those of us who have jobs.

My son had to be TB screened for a job. Appointment was made for 9:45. After a little bit of paperwork and a small wait, we were out by 11am. And by the time we walked out, it was packed! Staff was SUPER friendly and knowledgeable. Waiting room has approximately 20 chairs and TB screening was $20, cash or credit/debit. Parking was a bit of a nuisance.
