I am writing this letter to express our sincere gratitude to Mr. Bruce Chang for his hard works and dedications to the premise. We have been with Real Manage company for a decade+. During the first few years property managers were frequently replaced at least several times for various reasons. Residents and board members were frustrated and complained about the quick changes because of poor inconsistent quality services we received on other end. Bruce has changed the whole impressions on company. He immediately helps to solve delayed pending issues on his first day and being very attentive to our needs. He is willing to go extra miles to gather multiple quotations upon BOD requests then make suggestions with the best interest of community in mind. He has a kind demeanor that he would greet residents when he is at the property and people love to approach him should they have any inquiries or concerns. As being the elected president this year as well as the long-stayed resident, I know we can count on Bruce and would absolutely recommend him to other properties if possible. Thank you Bruce for all your works, thanks to Real Manage as well.

I live in the Danville Town homes - for the last 8-12 mths we have had a lot of work done on the property - from a new parking structure to a brand-new pool. My property manager Bruce has been there for us for every step. He is very easy to speak to and get in contact with, he always made sure we were all informed on what was going on and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was "A OK" in our development. I had a plumbing issue just last summer that is now resolved, and I do not know what I would have done if I didn't have Bruce there to guide me and others to get the situation resolved.
