TWICE now I almost got hit by a city bus that turned at a green yield light with the crosswalk sign on. T.W.I.C.E.

RTD needs to get better drivers that care about safety , because I should not have been nearly hit by a bus twice in less than six months. Absolutely absurd. So be careful when legally crossing at a crosswalk because you may get hit by an RTD bus! Awesome!! 😒🤬

Garbage excuse of a company. You could hire high school students to run this better than the losers that are currently here. Just having construction during the day and delaying so many routes is their solution to do maintenance. What could you do better? I don’t know maybe work at night! Not to mention the lack of security at some of the stations Overall everyone should be fired, hire a competent construction crew that doesn’t take 3 hours to move over during trains coming by (again they chose to do this DURING THE DAY AND IN BUSY HOURS). It’s rich when the “conductor” says it’s gonna be 10 mins and 20 minutes later the lackey says nothing and we’re still stuck in the middle of the tracks. Not a station so we can get off, but the middle of the freaking tracks so if there’s an emergency we’re all just screwed. Garbage company, garbage human beings running it poorly and overall I’d rather walk now than give this piece of detritus company anymore money. Hell it’s not even worth fare skipping anymore with how lackluster this company is run. RTD means “Reason to drive” for a reason Screw you RTD and I hope you’re bankrupt within the year.

How do you NOT have a public bathroom at Union Station, the central hub for all train transfers? It's outrageous that they can't provide this basic amenity for its passengers.

The people I encountered here were really nice. I went for my RTD discount card. Make sure you bring all your paperwork including a statement from the doctor on letterhead.

Note the handicap entrance is all the way on the side of the building. That was a little frustrating. There are no instructions, so press the intercom button first & them the handicap door opener. You have to walk past some ladies at their desks. Just follow the lines on the floor. It will bring you to security. You have to leave all bags, including backpacks by the security desk. There are clean restrooms to use.

It is close to the 16th street mall ride.

Never on time always making me late for appointments just horrible. Get new drivers too. Also a good motto is punctuality witch RTD Denver/Aurora has none.
