Please look at the 1 star reviews, look at how many likes compared to the supposed 5 star ones. Do not give them your money. It is a scam and it is super labor intensive to get your money back! They took my money and didn't deliver anything and continually say that the "check is in the mail" for my refund. It's NOT. Don't fall for this... invest somewhere else!! They are crooks and taken many people for a lot of money.

I was so excited to work with them! Unfortunately everyone that you talk to has a different story. The entire ordeal lasted almost 1 year. I just wanted to use them for advertising because the platform sounded ideal. They kept telling me that the products were going to ship to the restaurants within a few weeks of all art work completion which takes a few months. Nothing happened outside of the lies through email and phone calls. They literally confirmed that they "got" everyone's art work and it was a matter of shipping. NEVER HAPPENED! When the restaurants that the tablets were supposed to be placed started calling the company a SCAM I was heartbroken, but decided to give up and ask for my money back. The good news is that after a few threats I got my money back, but not the portion that they charged me for the creation of the ad.

Too bad zero stars is not an option.

Contacted in January 2017 for tablet advertising in a restaurant in my community. Ended up reserving and paying for $1,000 worth of advertising for tablets to go live in 3 months.

90 days later, nothing.

Contacted them in March, April, May, June, July, August... always given an excuse. Needed more advertisers, tablets delayed, going to launch even without enough advertisers...

Eventually they stopped responding to my calls and emails entirely as I guess they ran out of excuses.

In November I told them that was IT and demanded a refund before I took it further. Surprise! I got a response that my check was being mailed and to confirm the address. Three weeks later and we're back to not responding to my calls or emails and no refund.

I wouldn't even TRUST a refund check from this company at this point and will be seeking a refund via certified funds or PayPal transfer. Filed a BBB complaint and will be investigating a small court claim as well. Seems there could even be enough people scammed to put together a class action lawsuit at this point. This company needs to be shut down based on all of the scam stories that started popping up... sadly about 3 months AFTER I got suckered.

There should be a Zero star available for this company. I’ve spent thousands on marketing in a variety of different sources and have yet to encounter such amateurish obvious lying from a marketing firm to their clients. I signed a contract for tablet marketing in October 2017 promised to me as marketing that would appear immediately that weekend or the next as the tablets were already up at a local very popular sports bar. Fast forward to December 2017 - still no tablets. So they were “nice” enough to agree to a refund. Over 7-10 calls and emails over the course of 6 weeks included complete fabricated lies (that the refund was in the mail) or suspected lies (that they would credit back my card of payment as soon as the owner came back to the office). After weeks of beating around the bush about my refund I was told that no refund was being issued and that the product was nearing completion and will be displayed soon in the stores. I will firmly voice my displeasure to the bar, Macdinton’s in Tampa, where I’ve been a loyal customer for 10 years, that their vendor ripped me off and was dishonest to me. Before writing this review I patiently and kindly dealt with this amateaur company until I reached this point after realizing that they were just blatant liars. Do not do business with them. They send emails to you showing a 5 Star aggregate google review- until you actually search their real reviews which at the time of this writing is 3. Totally dishonest company.

This company is a massive scam. You will receive a phone call from one of their sales rep. He or she will pressure you into immediate action. You will never be able to communicate with the same person twice. The person responsible for your account will change every time you'll try to reach them. They promised us a major project. Took our money. Year later and the project (for which we had to make a decision about within 24 hours) is not started. We have received absolutely no communication. These people do not care for their customers. WARNING: DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY TRICK YOU!

I guess I should consider myself lucky that I got most of our money back. After numerous phone calls and emails, "check's in the mail" promises, etc. we got a check for 90% of what we had paid for tablet advertising that never materialized. When I called because the amount was wrong they apologized and said I'd get a check for the difference. Today they actually contacted me to request that I update some of the reviews I'd placed to reflect that I'd received a refund... and when I asked about the check I was still waiting for I was told that it was an "artwork fee" and that I wouldn't be getting it back since I now "owned the artwork" and could use it in other places. (Except that the art is mostly what I provided them in the first place and the size doesn't work for anything we currently do.) I don't think they're deliberately just scamming people and I give Craig credit for at least taking my calls... but they have serious cash flow issues and I'd advise anyone to proceed with extreme caution.

If this company did what it said on tablet advertising it would have been a great promotion. They were so persistent and even priced it low enough that it was such a good deal you might take the chance. For over a year they told me i would be refunded as the program never was installed. Now today their website it down. This is a totally a scam and they should all be arrested. I would be glad to testify. I gave them one star because I couldn't post without it.

So I got a call about 1 year ago it was a sells rep from the company. I'm a restaurant owner and they wanted to put their tablets in my restaurant, so I said sure why not. It gives my customers something to do while they wait for their food. About 2 months after I had a real estate agent come in to my restaurant and ask about those tablets. I told him I was waiting for the company to send them. We were on the same boat. So this person got rude and started saying how my restaurant was a scam and a bunch of nonsense. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SCAMMING COMPANY.
