I did not have a good experience at all with the embroidery work done here. I was quoted a 2 day maximum lead time and when I went to check on my jacket a week later with no return phone call, my jacket had not been started and my order/contact info had been lost. I gave her my name and number again along with the correct spelling of the embroidery which I watched her write down correctly. I offered to show her the size and font of the lettering I wanted again like I did the week before and she brushed me off saying she knew what I needed. Once I got the jacket back, the spelling, size, and font was all incorrect. To top it off, she had sewn through the pocket on the jacket making the pocket unusable. Unfortunately, the jacket material clearly shows any mistakes made if the embroidery is removed as we found out when she fixed the spelling, so further attempts to fix it would just make it worse. So now am stuck with a ruined 300$ jacket. She was very polite and apologetic, and I do appreciate that, but beware giving this business any of your clothes if you can’t afford mistakes.

Cannot say enough good things about Rythm design! I randomly found them on google and they went above and beyond to help us come up with the perfect designs for our project and got them done under a time crunch.
