Ken was great when we were looking for a house. He was patient and attended to our needs. All that was a show and disappeared after we signed the contract. Once the contract was signed, it was time to move in. We found the house very dirty with multiple repairs needed. We brought this to his attention and he directed us to the app for repair requests then made it seem like it was our fault that the house was dirty because we rushed moving in. Hmmm, I believe it was you who accepted our deposit and first months rent. After making multiple repair requests, nothing was ever taken care of. The only thing he made sure to take care of was accepting our rent payment each month.
Fast forward 7 months (no communication and no repairs made), we get a notice in the mail that Ken/Price Right Realty is no longer the property manager. I made multiple attempts to contact Ken and confirm the information we had received, but in true Ken style, he didn't respond. I ended up going to the other property management company and verifying for myself that they had indeed taken over managing the property.
Maybe something will get done now. Unfortunately it's not over. Even though Ken is no longer managing the property, I continue to receive a monthly statement for rent and late fees from Right Price Realty. I have attempted to contact him/send text messages letting him know that I am receiving the monthly statement. Do you think he responded..... NOPE. I don't want to continue and attempt contacting him just to get no response. Receiving emails to make a payment with late fees, when I have already made a payment through the app to the new property manager feels borderline harassing. I could block the email as spam, but why should I have to go that route. Ken should step up, actually respond like an adult, do his due diligence and handle things on his end.

Ken was great when we first dealt with him. After a couple months there was a loss of contact. Then a new management company showed up and informed us he was no longer managing the property, no contact from him and no warning. Now 3 months later I’m receiving notices that we are late on rent and occurring late fees. No number to call and no way to get it to stop.

So Kenny Had always done a great job and then a few months ago our rent that we were getting was short by a $100. And then April came and we received no rent. We now have a.new property manager.

He was great. Until he wasn’t. Unfortunately, he accepted a referral fee and decided to keep it. He sent me text messages stating he was possibly declaring bankruptcy for his businesses and kept over 4,000 and this was after doing business with him for almost 2 years. I started getting strange messages from him that had absolutely nothing to do with the money he owed me. We will see what happens with the complaints to Arizona real estate and small claims. It’s completely unfortunate as I see him losing many clients in the future from the dishonesty and lack of integrity

Worst property manager ever. He would only talk to the tenants. I had to call the contractors for repairs. Then he decided halfway through the month he was done and dumped a mess of repairs and tenants on me. He also released my personal information to my tenants. I HIGHLY suggest not using this property manager.
