I have been purchasing your pickles for YEARS from Peoria Meat Co in Chicago. For over a year now, I have noticed the pickles do not have the same taste. Something is very different. Has there been a change to your ingredients and if so, do you plan to go back to the original? I purchase several jars at a time and would love the original taste. The taste I grew up on.

The air from around this place smells fantastic! Check in at the door by ringing doorbell, they will bring your paperwork out to you when done unloading/loading. Did I mention fast unloading? Also, slide your tandems back. Good place.

I found the customer service lacking in so many ways. The representative was not knowledgeable about many things that I asked which resulted in her having to leave the line three times to get an answer. She was not pleasant nor seem to want my business. Needless to say, I'll be placing my orders elsewhere.

Do not do business with Ripon Pickle! The worst customer service i have ever dealt with!!! After i placed an semi annual order i place every year and was shipped the wrong product they refused to help me in any way. They refused to allow me to exchange the pickles for the pickles i wanted, they refused to offer me any sort of deal on a new order of the correct pickles and they didn't even have the decency to give me a call or even allow me to speak to a manager over the phone. Disgusting. I have never been treated so poorly as a corporate client of any business.
