Over a year ago we decided to switch print and mail marketing providers. After a lengthy search and rigors bidding process, our company decided to go with San Diego Sign Shop. Some of the defining characteristics that impressed us with them, ultimately leading them to win the contract, was how personal and attentive their staff was to our needs. They even took the time to come to our office to meat with our marketing department diving into the nitty gritty to really find out who we are and what we needed to accomplish in print and mail marketing. They took the time to listen to what we were trying to achieve across our various print projects and came up with several great options and quotes we could choose from. We couldn’t ask for a more professional staff as they are polite, fast, accurate, produce crystal clear prints with super high-quality finishes that do not disappoint. If your looking for a print and mail marketing service, I would highly recommend them.

My logos were pixelated, it cost me over $400 to get it right. Beware of the press proofs. Proofs say they "low-res.jpg." it can be impossible to tell on the approval proof if it is pixellated or not. Even on the one that they said was good to print, the logo looked as pixelated as on the previous proof. They will make you pay for a reprint and charge you an expedite charge for getting it right. I have used them four times before without an issue and will not use them again. You would think they would have an internal review process to tell if the artwork isn't right, versus sending out a low res jpg. for review.
