It's amazing how this company has harassed me about filling our a form that i have already filled out for a claim in which I have already paid a big chunk of. Yet, when I have reached out multiple times regarding a claim/appeal. I have gotten ZERO help. Clearly they have the time to follow up but only if they deem it beneficial to them. This is the worst insurance company I have ever had and truly hope my work decides to use another company for their employee benefits when time comes.

I haven’t been able to use this insurance to pay a claim or see a doctor yet. I signed up two months ago for a plan to cover my baby.

To this day I have been unable to create an online account to view plan information, pay bills, or get a receipt for billing. I get transferred from department to department when I call and no one can even tell me how much I’m supposed to pay each month or what my daughters benefits are. Pretty sweet.

Select Health and Marketplace made it incredibly easy to enroll in a really great medical plan. I did have to wait for 10 minutes to connect to an employee, but it was truly worth the wait. We enrolled in a matter of moments and she was very kind and patient. It was great!

They SUCK!!!! They have the worst customer service ever! They either don't know how to do their job and give a different answer each time, or they transfer to a department that seems to never answer calls during the weekday during normal hours.

Wqlmart pharmacy charged my old insurance (Select Health) and select Health accepted the claim, then 3 months later said I have to pay it.

BLUE CROSS is a 1,000,000 Times better and actually act like they care about customers!

I called in this morning to discuss my Healthcare.gov marketplace premiums. The gentleman I spoke to (sadly I didn't catch his name) was exceptionally helpful. I would give him 5 stars! I am giving 4 stars only because the billing department seems to operate with the right hand not speaking to the left. In a separate issue from this morning, I'm getting billed a second time for a service I already paid for. This will of course be resolved with another phone call to billing, but that's for another time.
