I'm a 50 year old make up bonehead. I've never worn makeup regularly in my life and am very self conscious about my face, my aging skin and my lack of knowledge. I booked a makeup lesson with Aaron and it was INCREDIBLE . He took the time to get to know my style (scruffy aging punk rock girl) and found a look that not only worked for me but was also relatively idiot proof for a make-up newbie. He was SO patient, kind and funny. I walked out feeling beautiful and confident. I cannot recommend Aaron enough. Yes, I'm going to have to practice what he taught me but he took me from 'aging scruffy punk rock kid' to 'beautiful elder punk rock yet professional queen'. Thank you Aaron!!

Sephora as a company are so unappreciative and have just about turned makeup into something only the elite can afford. $30 for a travel or sample size anything is ridiculous! Unfortunately... I am not coming back after the insult and message was clear that loyalty gets you overpriced Temu grade joke beauty "tools" they tried to pass off as an advent calendar

Associates were pleasant and patient. I had a planty of time to taste numerous brands and compositions. A space is limited and many customers are so close to each other, forget about 6 feet precaution measures there. Please looks so crowdy, located in the heart of downtown of PSP.

The sales associate that helped me (Lois maybe? Sorry idr 😭) was the absolute sweetest, most helpful girl I've ever had at a Sephora. I was feeling really insecure about the breakout on my skin and she helped me find the best foundation match and was so gentle about it and made sure she asked consent every time before touching my face. It really made me feel so much more at ease and more comfortable shopping. And she gave me some great tips to help me cover it up for my upcoming event! Thank you so much for your kindness 💖

I ordered for curbside pickup but no one responded when I went to pick up. I finally went inside ( happy they had a nice designated place to park in this busy area). Staff was very nice and friendly and didn't seem to know that I had been waiting so I suspected there was a glitch in the curbside messaging system. They retrieved and processed the order quickly.

While inside I asked for a recommendation for a type of product I was looking for. They offered to match the suggested item for me and, when I said I had to get to an appointment at a certain time, said they could do it very quickly. They immediately showed me the product, asked a few questions, did the match and allowed me to purchase in no time! While I love to browse this store, their helpfulness, concern for my time and courtesy were perfect for this trip! Elder women don't often get treated so nicely in beauty stores/sections these days!

I came here because I left a couple of necessities at home. I was greeted with a smile and a basket and couldn’t be happier. I left with a Tatcha Dewy Holiday Kit, Gucci perfume, and other goodies. Thanks Sephora - Palm Springs team!!
