I wanted to take the time to publicly let you know how very seamless the speaker experience was for this speaking engagement. I felt like I had all of the pre-show resources I needed and the on-site communication was excellent.

I’m not sure if your team shared the dramatic part of the morning, but two guest panel speakers gave us slides last minute as they showed up, and the stage manager and production team were so accommodating in helping us to get that presentation updated quickly. Then, right as we went to take the stage, we found out one of the videos from the Olympics was not allowed to be shown publicly yet, so tour team got that pulled while I was in the middle of the presentation so it would not play and break an NDA

I felt like we were throwing curveballs left and right, but you took it all in stride and made sure that we looked successful overall… I don’t think anyone in the audience knew what was going on behind the scenes, which to me is a sign of a good show.
