She had done multiple vehicle wraps for our company and has gone above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the look of the vehicles and also has been amazing at meeting our very demanding timeframe needs. In fact the first two trucks we ever had them do i picked them up and realized the placement of certain graphics didn’t quite match up with what we have on our other vehicles and even though we had proofed the look on paper Belinda took the time to correct them for us immediately. We needed a banner and directional signs for an event and wow did Sign Chef exceed our expectations! Not only were the materials of high quality, but they thought of everything we would need to place the signs and hang the banner. They even gave us stick-on directional arrows and a squeegee tool so we could add the arrows as needed in the field. Another great experience - thank you!

I am a professional designer and have worked with dozens of online signage and print companies over the years. I have used the Sign Chef in the past but have noticed a steady decline in service and quality over the past few years. Now, I highly recommend avoiding them completely.

I submitted a very small (in both quantity and size) and straightforward signage print project over 2 weeks ago. One week after I submitted the job I received a phone call from my account rep named Crystal asking what the finish was. I found it odd as that was specified in the original job order. A second week passes by and I realized that I never received any kind of proof. I logged into my account and saw that my job was listed as "Needed clarifying"

I immediately contacted them via chat. That was a total waste of time as they couldn't do anything and told me that would pass my info on to Crystal. I waited another day and having not hear from her, I called the shop directly. Crystal wasn't available but at least someone sent me a proof. They told me Crystal would call and she hasn't. Their listed production time for my type of material is 2 days. It's been over 2 weeks and I just received a proof because I had to reach out and contact THEM!

Even worse, the person who answered the phone informed me that my job wouldn't be ready until the 18th which is a full 3 weeks after I submitted it. She said that was the agreed upon date. I never would have agreed upon that date as I could have had it done in half the time at any other online signage company other there. No apologies, no offer to ship the job faster to try and remedy a blatant oversight error on their part. Unacceptable and unprofessional. Don't waste your time or money with these people who don't care about offering any kind of decent customer service. There's no need to settle for sub par when you have hundreds of other options out there.
