Where is customer service these days. It takes little effort sometimes to make first impression. I dropped in for a quote today, and the young man went to ask his manager, and came back to inform me that the manger was to busy right then to provide me a quote and direct me to website. Well, one thing you can't build giving that advice...is a relationship. In that relationship you might have learned that potential customer is someone you works for fortune 250 company and has growing side business of new clients looking for marketing. ---- SUS

(BTW I worked in the print industry before AI and hightech, it does not take long to pull a quote.Just disappointed in my local options sometimes. Online here I come. Just might not be Sign Ink.
