Very happy with our experience with Silent Partner SecuritySystems!
Austin came out and estimated the job... He was very good... very professional. He understood exactly what we wanted, and what we didn't want. He didn't try to upsell us on anything, he had an answer for all my questions/concerns, and he just quoted us for what I had asked for.
Cam came out and installed everything. (Sam was also there for 1 day) They were all promt, very professional, and very helpful. Cam took the extra time to walk me through the alarm system and its features and explain a couple things that I needed to be explained.
Overall, we are extremely happy with SPSS, and we would highly recommend them!!

My wife and I recently worked with Austin and the Silent Partner Team updating our whole house security system.The quality and performance of the system has been exceptional. Silent Partner was fantastic every step of the process, from the proposal to project completion. Austin took the time to answer all of our initial questions and was prompt with delivery. Sam was patient and thorough with the system install and ensured that every aspect was functioning properly and I understood the different functions. Cam and the install team were detail oriented, took time to answer questions, and stayed on schedule. Silent Partner was available anytime we needed them, including a holiday and a surprise vacation call. I highly recommend Silent Partner!

EDIT: April 23, 2024. I called Angie in the office and threatened to change my review to one star for the app on my phone. But leave the 5 star I already had on here for the install. I was joking of course but a phone tutor session was basically worthless for this old man so Austin sent Cam out two days later to assist me. Cam was involved with the install. Very professional young man.
He sat with me as long as I needed and I never felt he was trying to rush out. Got some notes written down and a little more confidence now that I can find and record an event if need be. Thanks for the quick response............. Original: Had a great experience today with the install of a new and updated camera system. Had Arlo before and I'm glad to be done with them. Austin came out first to look at things with me. He was professional and easy to work with. We came to an agreement on what we needed and he later sent me a quote. Was it cheap? No but factor in the cost of the cameras, labor and so on I believe it was fair. The install was today and completed by Cam and Miguel. Both were fantastic to work with and both were extremely friendly and courteous as well as hardworking. They got to work and never slowed down until they were done. Cam worked with me in the house to see how to operate their system. Will take a little practice to figure it all out but I also know the company will assist over the phone if I need the help. Speaking of over the phone Angie is their office staff and each phone call there I was treated as though we'd known each other for many years. Cam helped with the app on my phone (wife's as well) and walked me though the steps using the screen on the TV to see and operate the camera system. I have no doubt the system will work as it should for a long time and I appreciate the service we've received from Silent Partner and their staff. EDIT: You could use some better quality signs that you leave for the homeowners yard though. Just saying.

I've been a customer of Silent Partner for about five years. First, they are located in Marshall, so their service calls are fast and responsive. Second, they are pleasant and easy to deal with. Austin their technician who handles our house is competent, thorough and responsive. He remembers our security setup from visit to visit. Third, their charges totally reasonable in terms of one time setups and ongoing maintenance. Fourth, Silent Parner is local. Previously we used ADT, an anonymous and distant corporation, a more costly service, difficult to access for service, & that always sent random technicians (when they got around to it). Wouldn't you rather buy local? Silent Partner has earned & deserves a five star rating.

Exceptional quality service, Austin and his install crew were very efficient in quoting the costs, and getting the services scheduled. The camera equipment and easy to use DVR system is sure to keep our locations secure and easy to access on and off site.
