I had help with a lady working at the smart center to help with the finance program for CDL, I submitted everything I was told to submit, she then sent my approval letter to go through with CDL training. That lady unfortunately left and my case was transferred to a lady named Cristy, she then told me I needed a job offer for a CDL driving job in order to receive the financing after the fact, which usually you can’t get a job offer unless you have a CDL in hand. A lot of misguided Information going on, very unprofessional and misleading.

The team members at the smart center have been super helpful to me with my job search, they helped build confidence in me and pushed me to go outside of my comfort zone and I appreciate them and the work they do!!! SMART Resource Center is a very needed place for those pounding the pavement for jobs, formatting resumes, practicing for typing tests and has very helpful people to assist those of us that are determined to seek employment!
