I just wanted to shoutout to SMS-IT as a very happy client because I'm in a restricted industry (cigars) and Twilio kicked me off so I was pretty screwed. They were able to help me as a Twilio alternative and save my business from doom. Not only are their rates like half the price of Twilio but they work will all of those restricted industries like alcohol, tobacco, gambling etc. Oh, and their A2P verification only took like 2 days.
And their support has been A Class!
This is not an ad for them or some spam message. Just a very happy client.

They have the best customer support of any CRM that I've ever had. This is a pump and dump company. They flagrantly boasted their company during their appsumo deal then went radio silent while only producing a beta product. They also raised funding and their investors are trying to squeeze every ounce they can from SMS-iT, or Henry, the founder. I'm sorry he made a deal with them. SMS-iT had potential.

I started out using the Decentralized version but have finally begun to get into the Cloud version. My biggest pro for the Cloud version is that it is less hassle to use since you're using SMS-iT's resources as opposed to those of a third party like Twilio. I also like the user interface, but having seen a preview, I am eagerly waiting for version 2.0, which looks even better!

Customer support is pretty friendly and prompt. I have only had 1 instance where I felt like we were going round in circles. Also, they are quick to let you know when they have to forward your issue to the tech department.

Henry, the owner and genius programmer behind the scenes (remember the wizard behind the curtain in the Wizard of Oz) still manages to be *very* present for customer questions and issues. He's so brilliant, sometimes his answers go whizzing over my head! Then again, I also know that Henry brings you back down to earth when you try to overcomplicate something that has a simple solution.

If you have, or want to have, the younger generations as customers/clients, sms marketing via SMS-iT is seriously something you should consider and then act on! Be proactive rather than reactive! After all, the times, they are a-changin' - don't get left behind. SMS-iT represents the future of omni-channel marketing, allowing you to be everywhere your customers are.
