My husband got his car wrapped here and is extremely disappointed. He picked up the car today and trusted this shop, so he didn’t closely inspect it before leaving. The shop owner told him the car was done and that we’d come back in a month for any touch-ups. However, just 30 minutes after leaving, my husband inspected it more carefully and felt the work was done carelessly and sloppily, with a lack of quality and attention to detail.

I texted the owner to share my husband’s concerns, and instead of apologizing, he said, “Let me take care of it again and make sure it’s done exactly as it should have been from the start.” To me, that’s a red flag—why wasn’t it done properly from the very beginning? This reflects poor work ethic, and the wrap is not something anyone would want to advertise if they were trying to attract more customers. My husband is easygoing and didn’t expect perfection, but the edges weren’t cut properly, there was excess film everywhere, and the wrapping was done sloppily. It looks bad and unprofessional.

What’s even more disappointing is that the owner was comfortable letting us leave with the car in that condition. My husband’s car is brand new—he doesn’t even have the license plate on yet. He really loves it. He was hesitant about getting PPF in the first place, but when he finally decided to do it, this was the result.

The owner also brushed off the poor work as if it were a “you” problem, saying he’d redo the areas that didn’t meet my husband’s expectations. But after seeing photos, I’m sure the PPF wouldn’t meet anyone’s expectations.

The work doesn’t look professional at all, and if my husband had known, he would have left the car as is or gone somewhere else. The 5-star reviews on Yelp and Google don’t reflect the quality of work we received, and if other people’s cars turned out like this, we don’t understand how those ratings were earned.

Update (two weeks later): Still no response from the owner. He doesn’t care about customer satisfaction. The problem is we don’t trust him to work on the car anymore. Please don’t come here—this guy will not take responsibility for his work. He even admitted that someone else worked on the car and that it wasn’t trimmed properly. It’s been two weeks, the bubbles aren’t going away, and the film is peeling. After consulting several professionals, they all said the car wasn’t prepped or washed before the wrap was applied.

Please don’t think that just because his pricing is fair and competitive, you should give this place a try. Save yourself the time and money—if you get your car wrapped here, you’ll just end up paying another shop to unwrap it.

Sosaa from SosaaTintz provides fantastic services. I did a lot of research to wrap my Cybertruck and chose Sosaa because of the trust that he was able to build during our communication. He was super responsive and offered very competitive pricing. He even offered to come to our house to show us samples, which in the end wasn’t necessary.
He did everything possible to meet my timeline and worked hard to get it done in time (2.5 days).
The final quality of the wrap was excellent. Really good details in the corners, and the entire truck looks flawless. He also tinted my windows and applied ceramic coating to trims.
I highly recommend him because of the great quality and first class customer service.

Weeks before I made my vehicle purchase, I came across Sosaa (SosaaTintz) on Instagram and was immediately impressed with his knowledge and overall superb attention to detail on every car he touches.

After purchasing my car a few weeks ago and finally having a free weekend, I reached out to Sosaa and he immediately responded back and helped me setup an appointment for the weekend. Upon arrival, himself and his partner Juan were very patient and walked me through which ceramic tint %’s I wanted to go with as well as providing me a quote and sample of a future PPF Protection project for my car. I dropped my SUV off with him and Uber’d to the Outlets for a few hours.

Throughout the job, Sosaa was great to update me as to where they were at with the current job and a rough estimate of how long it was going to take. I really appreciated the updates although I told him to take his time, you can’t rush his level of art or workmanship. About a few hours later I received word that my SUV was done! In the Uber back, I saw a sneak peek of my car via his Instagram and definitely set the stage for what I was going to see in person. Sosaa and Juan did an AMAZING job with my Santa Fe and truly transformed its look and identity! I personally went with the following ceramic choices: Full Ceramic: 70% Windshield, 30% Fronts, 15% Captains Rears, 5% Rear Windows. On the drive back to San Jose on 680 I received a lot of looks and thumbs up from drivers, made me even prouder than I already was! I highly recommend Sosaa Tintz to anybody who is in the market for tint or PPF projects!

If i could give more stars I would! Sosaa had reached out to me through instagram after just posting my new car and i’m glad he did! I didn’t know much abt PPF but he educated me and showed me it’s a great investment for my car! I ended up doing a beautiful Glossy Black PPF, Powder Coating on the rims, chrome delete, tint and redid my caliper paint! All that for such an amazing deal and his communication throughout the whole was process was amazing.! The car looks perfection, no bubbles, lifting, perfect tucked edges. I’ve had so many people ask me who did my car and i always recommend Sosaa. Will definitely be bringing more cars back to him!

Sosaatintz was amazing! There is no need to ship your Cybertruck or any other tint and wrap needs out of it he area with Sosaa right in Livermore! The customer service was the best from start to finish. Sossa was so fast, and so helpful in picking our wrap, the tints are fantastic and the ceramic trim coating was the icing on the cake! They did a chrome delete and tinted my windows on my dark moss Kia telluride. Next up will be powder coating the wheels. We had a snafu with the upper rails which is why they’re still silver so make sure you investigate how those will be done before signing up for chrome delete. They worked with me on the price because of this 😃

If you need window tint services, these guys get the job done very well!! Most definitely recommend to anybody in the area or even if you’re a little further out. Brought my Brand new 2025 X5 M60I to these guys for PPF they messed it up in many places with. When I confronted them he said to bring it back in, when I went at the time he said… the store was closed. Waited almost 2 hrs multiple phone calls didn’t answer, then I texted him gave him the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe something happened. Wasn’t even given an explanation as to what happened haven’t heard back from him in over a week. Quality is the worst you’d find anywhere. Tint was also a horrible job came apart multiple times then my detailer fixed it. Made multiple attempts to contact to get all this right was literally ignored. Don’t bring your valuable cars here.
