I moved to a place without cellular service so I must use Wi-Fi for calling. I chose 600 speed because we don't have a lot of connected devices. All devices work great without lag or buffering, so far. I am pleased with my service.

The absolute worst provider I’ve ever dealt with. Customer service is god awful as I was having internet issues and they said they would send a tech out and then proceeded to have nobody show up on the scheduled date. $120 a month for this is highway robbery. I would rather have my balls cut off then have to deal with this further.

They have the worst service ever. It took a year, hours on the phone, multiple service calls and unnecessary purchase of new equipment before Sparklight did what needed to be done in the first place, which was to replace the cables. They have very limited hours in the local office and there is no way to call the local office. They cancel service calls without notice and and can't tell you why. They don't return calls when they say they will. If there was another provider locally I would go with that.

Working with Cable One has been refreshing! Our technician, Beau, was great & though there were a few tiny bumps, they were easily rectified with very professional customer service...& tools. Each person I have spoken with, took ownership of the call for a solution...not to transfer me 3 or 4 times before I can get help. It is even easier to pay my bill! Our entire network is so much cleaner & so much faster. We can also be on multiple devices & I love the fact I can even get a signal on both my front & back patios! My husband loves the improved picture quality. We are very happy! I personally appreciate the culture at Cable One. Cable One is much more helpful & not so predatory, as other telecom/technical companies have been... in my experience. Keep it up & we have no reason to go anywhere!

I feel like access to the internet is way to expensive in general. With that being said; this company really does give you a good bang for your buck. I'm paying a little over $100.00 monthly and my family and I have decently reliable service to listen to our music, stream, and play games. Customer support can really make or break a deal and that's what really closed the deal for me with this service. They are responsive and friendly, what more could I ask for in times like these? Thank you for a quality service Sparklight.

I have had problems for the past year and a half with my cable service. The receivers at times shut off for 24-48 hours at a time where I have to call customer service, they ask a few questions, "zap" the box and it resets. I have been through two receivers. I have had my service interrupted at least 5 times. Cable One has not even remotely tried to compensate me for nearly the 5 days or so I was without service. Today I finally take my receiver back to this local branch and not one question was asked as to why I am discontinuing my service! The representative was friendly and polite but all I can assume from Cable One (at least here in Globe) is they really do not care about the service they provide and are more interested in creating new clients rather than maintaining long standing customers. I would highly recommend not using Cable One at least in the Globe-Miami area. Their internet is excellent. The customer service/people I have interacted with are nice - however they miss the big picture: this is an elective service and excellent customer service includes retaining/working with already established customers.

Technician Abel resolved my telephone issue. Even though the malfunction turned out not to be the modem, he was persistent in solving the problem and my service was repaired. He is professional, helpful and courteous.

A fine example of what happens when there is no competition for a service provider. Cable one does not care about service because they know there is no where else for their customer to turn. If you are lucky enough to get someone at your house for an install, be prepared for a connection that is going to drop frequently. They only thing they are good at is billing.
