Opened a brand new bag of Della Arborio rice last night and there was a live bug in it. And not just one. I privately messaged them on Instagram as they have no email listed, and I wanted to give them a chance to make it right before blasting them publicly. When I didn’t hear back, I discovered they have not had any social media presence since 2019. After doing a Google search I see here that I’m not the only one who has been unable to reach them after finding bugs in their product. I no longer want to be a loyal customer of theirs!!
