I had the absolute worst experience with this company, all due to the owner, Mike. He was incredibly rude and completely lacked any sense of customer service. His behavior was not only unprofessional, but he even threatened me before getting the full story. To make matters worse, the company seems to operate on its own unpredictable schedule—despite trying four different times to pick up my product, there was no one available. At that point, I had to ask the staff in the back for help, even though I had several concerns I wanted to address directly with Mike. I genuinely wish I could give this company zero stars, as it’s clear the owner has no idea how to run a business. Extremely dissatisfied with my experience.

Man, I was in a bind! Needed some polos embroidered for a trade show and I was running out of time. Gave Splat Graphix a ring and Mike picked up. He’s a lifesaver! Not only did he say yes when I’m sure he was swamped, but he also put other stuff on hold just for my order. And the best part? He didn't even charge extra for the rush. Plus, he helped me figure out some techy stuff with the artwork. Mike’s the real deal. I’m coming back for sure and telling all my friends and fam about him. If you need something done, call Mike!

Very happy with the service from Mike and the rest of the staff. They went above and beyond and handled my job quickly and efficiently when I was in a pinch. The work was perfect and exactly what I envisioned as well.

Avoid this business. I wish I could give 0 stars. Mike promises all the bells and whistles and in the end provides terrible service and craftsmanship.

I had my Scion wrapped and he put the seams right down the middle of the doors and on the top panel he ran out of red ink. Half the red text turned into gray towards the end. It wouldn't be that big of a deal except he went ahead installed it that way. I guess he thought I wouldn't see the top of the car. I made him redo it but then his wife got involved he made me pay another $400.00 for materials to redo it right. At that point I was stuck and without my car for a week so I paid it. It still came out terrible. Lots of extra seams and small patch pieces everywhere. Also, 4 years ago he promise that the wrap would last 7 years. Today, 4 years later, I'm removing it because it looks so bad, it's cracked and has faded terribly, and the first three years it was garaged too. He also used a lot of primer glue around the edges which I found out now is not necessary and only guys that don't know what they are doing use it. Now I have to find a way to remove all this primer glue.

Do yourself a favor, even if you have to pay twice the price, find another company.

Bad, bad experience. Their work is hit and miss, at best. I got lucky and my order was OK - not so for the person in front of me. Splat Graphics got their order wrong, which I guess happens right? But the owner REFUSED to take responsibility - blaming the customer for their obvious errors. Rude, terrible customer service. There's a reason why there are so many negative reviews. Avoid. You have been warned.

Have used this company a couple of times for a banner and stickers. I found them easy to work with and helpful. We had a rush job and the performed wonderfully.
