Went in for a sandwich for lunch at work. Very disappointing, horrible customer service at noon 3-17-25. Lady at the counter was rude, no eye contact, no greeting and not willing to tell me how long my sandwich would take. I walked out. Customer service these days are really going down hill. Sprouts farmers Market at Laguna Blvd Elk Grove, is hands down my favorite grocery store.
The commitment to quality is evident in every aspect of the store. The produce section is a feast for the eyes, with bountiful displays of organic and locally sourced fruits and vegetables.
The meat and seafood department offers a wide range of options, ensuring that I can find exactly what I need for any recipe.
The aisles are well-stocked with a diverse selection of products, and the prices are competitive.
Sprouts Farmers Market is a shining example of a top-notch grocery store, and I'm a loyal customer for life.

It's great store with tons of healthy options. If shopping for produce then it's best to do it early I'm the day by afternoon/early evening selection is very limited. Staff have always been great.

Sprouts Farmers Market is one of the markets I like the most. They have more organic items compared to other supermarkets.

The store is also spotless and easy to navigate through the different departments. I can find the items very quickly and I can trust the quality at the same time. Nice and helpful people work here too.

This store is filled with some of the friendliest staff I've encountered. I shop here very often, sometimes multiple times a day due to my profession. In my experience customer service has dropped dramatically. Here the employees make eye contact with you and are happy to help instead of running away hoping you don't ask them a question. I'd like to mention Daija for the great conversations, Cynthia for their compassion, and finally but not least hired by Chris, Jeremiah for his friendly and welcoming personality. The meat department is very helpful and the deli makes some of the neatest sandwiches I have seen in years. You have an amazing team working at this particular Sprouts! Keep up the great job all!!!

Do not come here for a "quick" sandwich ! It takes about 30 minutes to get your sandwich on a good day! If you have all day to wait for them to make your sandwich by all means go to Sprouts on Laguna, but if you're on your break and think "let me get a quick sandwich from sprouts" DO NOT DO IT! The staff take their sweet time making these sandwichs and when they are gonna make your sandwich and they don't have an ingredient they will have you get your own from the store. I went in at 11:16 and finally payed for my sandwich at 11:44.

My favorite grocery store! Yeah, it could be seen as pricey, but if you are there for produce, it is well worth it. Their produce typically lasts a few weeks and is very nicely priced. So very fresh and delectable! Their meat is typically good, too, the prices worth it as well.
I love the quality of the groceries I get from Sprouts!

Hello,
I wanted to share some feedback about my recent visits to your store. I’m an Instacart shopper and was there consistently around January 13-19. Unfortunately, I had a poor experience with the women’s restroom.

The floors appear neglected and don’t seem to have been mopped regularly, which left a poor impression. Additionally, the faucet is overly powerful and splashed my clothes when I turned it on, which was frustrating. Restrooms should feel clean and functional, but I didn’t feel that way walking out, which was disappointing.

On a brighter note, I want to give a big shoutout to Oswaldo and Cynthia (from produce and the checkout lane)! They were incredibly helpful and kind, which I really appreciated. Their excellent service helped balance my experience, so thank you for that!

I hope the restroom conditions can be improved soon. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
