I had the most God awful experience at your Cottage Grove rd location in Bloomfield on the night of 2/4/25. I have never dealt with such uncouth, unpolished outright disrespectful behavior from someone in retail. My customer experience was like I was on the streets of the hood. I had a question about an item being discounted and the cashier asked Crystal, who I believe may be a shift supervisor to check the price. She came back to say that it was the same price that rang up was which was the correct price. The elderly man at the cash register was also complaining; commenting that I was already saving a lot of money and how I was holding the line up. Both the cashier and Crystal were subliminally communicating to the other their annoyance as I noticed they both stole glances at each other and rolled their eyes which made me uncomfortable . My problem was not the the answer but her delivery she was obviously, annoyed and dismissive and never made eye contact with me to explain the price as I asked about whether the digital coupon was applied and she just shrugged her shoulders and walked away. I told her behavior was ghetto and her response was “yo momma”. Meanwhile there was a short Jamaican girl with dreadlocks in the background jeering me (you can check the cameras) as I complained to the manager regarding the poor customer service I just received. You guys need to watch out for her as well because she is rude and curses in Jamaican at the cash register; it seems as if she doesn’t like interacting with the public. I really left in shock and disbelief at what had just transpired. I know its a challenge to find decent people with class but your store is starting to feel like a circus.

2 stars because there is food there and I need food.
Not all but most of the employees are gruff and just miserable. I’d never attempt to get anyone in trouble over just a few minutes of my time but lots of attitudes in this store just suck. The prices are too expensive to be met with random hatred from bad service people. We are all going through it and no one needs that. Set whatever it is aside at work, the place where you are getting paid to be, and show a tidbit of decent customer service or if you are so unhappy get another job.

I had to update my review because for the past month I've bought several packs of meat here and took them home only to find out they went bad. The worst experience yet is buying a corned beef on sale. I know corned beef already has that weird smell but this one smelled so bad. I bought chicken, pork, beef, all different types of meat and everytime I've thrown the pack away. From now on I'm returning it. I cant afford to throw out food. They need to put in new coolers with doors on them. Trust me - customers would rather take the few extra seconds to open a door then throw away thousands of dollars of meat every year. March 23'
Walking into this store was a breath of fresh air! The florist obviously did a lot of work recently because there were flowers and balloons and stuffed animals all over the entire front of the store all the way to the floral department. It was absolutely stunning. The produce was on point and fresh. Isles were clean and plenty of cashiers. I enjoy shopping here. The robot however has got to go! Hence the 4 stars.

There was no sign on store. It smelled like fish and was dirty. The deli area was filthy as well as the bathroom. There was some good prices and some ridiculous, watch carefully. The cashier was incredibly slow and the baggers were lazy. I bagged most of my groceries myself while bagger looked on. They had decent selection and a well stocked store so you should be able to find what you need. I asked an employee why no signage, (I was wondering if they were going out of business), and was told that they are remodeling. This is good news, but I find the floor plan fine but they may need to look at cleanliness,staffing, and customer care .

Getting sick and tired of the homeless taking the carriages for their own personal use and how they lay on the sidewalk. People also tend to park on the side of the building and making it difficult to pass

Update: these stores and restaurants, as cold as it is, have the nerve to turn down the heat. Like shopping in a refrigerator. I would have stayed longer and shopped or eaten here but it's warmer outside. You're LOSING MONEYYYY!
Have shopped here for years but recently the store seems to be under new management, which is causing the store to go downhill. Workers are extremely rude but it seems it's because management does not care. The old management did care. I suspect this will be the next place to leave Copaco Shopping Center.
