Sybil had a tough job in my case. She was highly recommended to me by my lawyer who was handling my Mother's will after she passed away in an Olympia hospital. Being that I work and live in Alaska, I couldn't help much at all with the daunting task ahead. Content removal, getting my Mother's house ready for sale and selling it.
My daughter who lives 90 miles away met with Sybil after talking with several other agents. She told me that I needed to go with Sybil as a real estate agent. She said that Sybil was confident, very knowledgeable and also very personable. I took my daughter's word for it and have not regretted in any way.
Sybil was able to have a crew come in for content removal, some landscaping and also minor patch and paint. I am grateful to that crew as well. Sybil knew how to sell the house in the price range that I was hoping for. She always kept me informed in real time as things happened.
