As a renter you must make 2-3 times the amount of rent, you must have an okay credit score. If you need a co signer he or she must make 4 times the amount of rent, have a 750 credit score and must own property. The requirements for renting are absurd. Have you seen these places. They are not that great. The problem here is people need a place to live. The economy is not good at all and even with high 3-4 thousand dollar incomes we cannot move in because life hits people hard. Are you serious. DO NOT SUPPORT THESE PEOPLE!!!

The Realtor I contacted at this office, who's also the office manager, seemed nice but was so busy, as we often had to work around her busy schedule and her grandkids. I told my husband it felt like she didn't really have time for us.
For starters, my husband and I drive an hour average to get there (relocating to Oroville), so I would call or text her a day or two before to see some properties, but she would call to arrange the viewings the morning of, and twice we couldn't see one or two of the properties because she hadn't heard back from the Seller's agent. When scheduling, she would ask me what time I would like to see the properties, and I gave her a range of hours, then she would tell me she was busy and I had to adjust to another time or day. One time she scheduled showings without asking me about the time, and set the showings for a Friday evening, not considering that my husband would have to drive in heavy traffic. When she said she was busy all weekend with her grand-kid's games, I asked if someone else in her office could show us properties that weekend, but appeared she wouldn't contact anyone else in her office to show us the property. We just had to wait. Contrary to the saying "time is of the essence" in Real Estate, it felt like she had other things on her plate, and she really didn't want to take her time to show us properties unless it was convenient. So when I had two people call me and wanted to meet me in Oroville that same day, (One was my renter, and the other was a friend, a previous tenant that was thinking about moving to Oroville from Sacramento.) I had been considering looking at a place, so I contacted my Realtor to see if she might be available that afternoon. Rather than simply saying she was busy, she reprimanded me for not giving her more advance notice, and then she commented that she would understand if I might want to find a different realtor. So when I was driving around the area with my friend, I stopped by the TMR office and met another Realtor, and asked if she could show me the property. She said she would contact the listing agent for the access code, and let me know. That evening she contacted me, but I was back home by then. The next day I asked her if she could show it to me that coming weekend, and she said I should contact the previous Realtor. So when I told her that the first Realtor had commented that I might want to find another realtor, she told me that perhaps I should go to another Real Estate Office if I didn't want to work with the first Realtor in their office. She said that the first Realtor was a good, committed Realtor. Then why did she comment that I might want to find another Realtor? I am confused by this type of treatment... Do they really care about her clients?
Maybe I was too demanding on her time?, but I'm a serious buyer, and she should have just handed me off to someone else in her office that had more time available.
I don't know about other TMR Realtors, but this kind of treatment is simply rude.

I ordered corned beef hash and potatoes. The potatoes were good, but the raw onions and bell peppers were not. It's probably just me, but I like my veggie to be cooked with my potatoes. Service was amazing, so next time I'll just reguest my veggies be cooked with the potatoes, not thrown in at the end.

Mr. Eldridge was terrible to work with. He does not seem to value other peoples times and is in no hurry to respond. He refuses to take phone calls and voicemail is full. We waited 3 weeks for a response to our initial offer and were lead on during that entire time with things being “out for signature”. The excuse of things being “out for signature” was a repeated for missing numerous deadlines and timeframes over a period of 2 months. His text responses were not only unprofessional and aggressive, but also down right rude. I will never buy or sell anything if Mr. Eldridge is involve.

I rented with them for almost 2 years while I was going to college, the apartment in oroville was already in bad shape with a hole in the wall right under the heater, shoddy lights, a single smoke detector for the whole unit, and window blinds that were broken. When I moved out I made sure to leave the apartment spotless and they still took over $700 out of my deposit. The bill said it was for cleaning, $160 to vacuum a 15x25 room carpet, $200 for cleaning when it was already spotless, they also charged me to repair the toilet they supposedly fixed after I put in numerous repair requests, they literally went to Home Depot and billed me their receipt. And the rest of the money to replace blinds, lightbulbs, 2nd smoke detector that was never there, supposedly they had to repaint the whole thing, they even charged me for the batteries.

It's great they called rotor rooter four months ago and unclogged my shower and fixed my toilet.
They also installed a deadbolt on top of my licking door knob. I've never been late on the rent.
I appreciate having a drop box at office.

They can't be bothered to respond one on one. You must go to their website, fill application, wait for a response to whatever you sent them without even meeting you face to face. Female on phone didn't want to answer any questions and was in a huge hurry to get off the phone. I'll take a hard pass when all they want is paperwork (mine is exemplary) and never mind that you are a human that seeks a place to rent. Their loss. Someone else's gain, says I.

If you find yourself moving to oroville (DONT) this company "manages" quite a bit, if not all, rentals in town. We temporarily moved to oroville and had an experience with Table Mountain to say the least. When we first moved to oroville, we leased out a furnished townhome for 1200. THANK GOD IT WAS MONTH TO MONTH.

We signed an official document (the lease) that included a NON smoking policy for inside the apartment. Outside was okay, but inside was against the lease and per that lease after warnings and no change, indoor smoking would be cause for an eviction.

This company is money hungry. I have an asthmatic husband and a one year old and we were inhaling second-hand smoke from the neighbors for an entire week until we could find a new place. We called Table Mountain about the issue, and they told us they would give them a warning. I asked what would happen if it didn't stop and I was told "then you guys can put in your 30 days." What a JOKE!

They knew we were temporary and didn't want to evict their long term renters, even if they were completely going against the lease. We even saw our neighbors smoking inside. It was so bad, it was coming through our piping into the drains and through the vents and water heater area. Loretta stopped by to walk their home and told me "it doesn't smell".

I need to mention how utterly disgusting the home was when we moved in. Broken blinds, disgusting stove and oven, the list goes on. They have the audacity to tell me that I'll be charged for broken blinds, etc when we moved out of our second apartment which tells me they pocket that money from your deposit and they DONT fix what they claim.

Loretta, and most of the other girls at this company are catty and rude and cut you off when you're talking. The only time I was ever treated kindly was by Tiffany.

When we moved out of the second home, my husband had an important document going to the apartment that he couldn't have sent back. He needed the company to send it to him. We even told them we would pay postage and whatever else. He has had to call them day after day for them to cut him off and say "we're on it" and nothing else. These people just do not care.

To top it off they sent our deposit to the wrong address, on purpose, coincidentally right after I wrote them a bad review on yelp.

All in all I would consider renting from an owner directly, if possible, when you move to oroville.
