Disappointed with Tapp Network’s Reliability and Quality
We initially trusted Tapp Network to rebrand our nonprofit website, even providing the necessary funding upfront through their collaboration with TechSoup. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The work delivered was subpar—so much so that we had to start from scratch with another company.

Beyond the poor quality of work, the lack of reliability and accountability made the entire process frustrating. Communication was inconsistent, and the final product did not meet even basic expectations.

If you’re looking for a team that delivers high-quality work and follows through on commitments, I strongly advise considering other options.
