I was pleasantly surprised by the help I received in every aisle. This is the best service I've ever encountered at a Home Depot or any store since 2008. The place was clean, and everyone was friendly. I usually don't buy specific items at Home Depot because they're cheaper at Walmart. However, I ended up going back into the store because of the excellent service, and I purchased all those items there. I'm willing to pay extra for good service.

I don't know who the manager is of this specific store but corporate take note, this is precisely how they should be ran! All of the employees were nice and extremely helpful, the store itself was very neat!

I absolutely dread going to Home depot, I personally live in Chico but have been to them nationwide. Chico is probably the worst, always disorganized and no one to help you anywhere. If you're lucky enough to find an employee they usually will walk away quickly when they see you.

The Red Bluff store is the best nationwide that I've been to.

I had a frustrating experience at self-checkout when an employee repeatedly questioned a pack of light bulbs I was purchasing. The bulbs were packaged together with duct tape and clearly labeled as a two-pack, but she kept saying it was ‘weird’ and questioning whether I had scanned them correctly. While I understand the need for store security, the way she targeted me felt unnecessary.Instead of addressing it professionally, she made me feel uncomfortable as if I was trying to do something wrong just because of their own way of selling things. A more respectful approach would have been appreciated.

I’d like to give a shout out to the Assistant Manager, I believe her name is possibly Tina. I went to exchange an item but unfortunately although they showed several of what I needed in stock, they could not locate the tool. I was becoming increasingly irritated since I needed the tool immediately. I was about to give up and drive to another store when Tina offered me the display tool at a discount. I noticed the battery port had an issue with the connections. Tina provided me the tools needed to correct the issue so that the tool would work as if new. I was able to get my project done thanks to the Assistant Manager and her calm thoughtful approach to solve my problem. I am very grateful for that.
