Lack of landscape maintenance damaged my property. The Management Trust manages the Regents Park condominiums in downtown Bellevue. The association has not returned my phone-calls regarding a Tree that is on their property, which fell onto my vehicle during the storm in Bellevue, Washington. This company does not support the community, or their Homeowners, and is not accepting accountability for not maintaining this tree. This tree was not maintained by The Management Trust, and they should be responsible for removing this tree.

Carina and Michelle at The Management Trust are awesome. Responsive, knowledgeable and kind. Our community started working with The Management Trust two years ago and it has been night and day compared to our prior management company. What a relief to find a business that cares about people and somehow manages to coordinate and herd a bunch of homeowners like us. The Management Trust's preferred vendors are both high quality and economical which is hard to find.

Thank you, TMT and Stephanie, for supporting our community. The previous management company did a poor job addressing homeowners' and association's issues in a timely manner, which you've quickly resolved since you took over. Look forward to working with you in the years to come!

It's a boiler room company. They never respond or do anything for that matter. They charge me a monthly landscaping fee, but my lawn has been dead and my shrubs are all overgrown. I had to trim them myself since it grows into the path at my front door. It's been three years of emails and phone calls and they still do absolutely nothing. The whole neighborhood has dead lawns and overgrown shrubs. Clearly they pay for these reviews. Just look through and see how many 1 stars there are. Better yet, check them out on Yelp (1.5 stars). One of the worst HOAs I've ever dealt with.

The Management Trust operates the Open Space Association for my neighborhood. I'm writing this a few days after the bomb cyclone that made a huge mess around Puget Sound involving lots of downed trees, etc. Our neighborhood has come through fairly unscathed and I think some credit is due to groundskeepers for taking care of our trees throughout the year, so they were strong and healthy for the storm.

Thank you Stephanie for working so hard for Jacob's Creek. This has been a painstaking year with multiple critical events and you handled each with determination to find an efficient quick solution. Thank you.

As a Realtor of many years, I've had interactions with many property managers. Stephanie Steiner is clearly one of the best I've ever had the opportunity to work with. Her knowledge is extensive regarding financing, management, working with HOA's and all that it means to work with groups of people. She has truly been outstanding. I highly recommend her.

Late financial reports always after the 15th of the month. We have moved over to a new management company and we have heard others complain of the same. We're having to now possibly hire a forensic accountant because we no longer trust our books to maintain our block to block financials. Then when we pointed this out they back-charged us for things they should have been tracking all along. They didn't pay multiple bills in transition and couldn't figure out for months how to release payments from reserves.

You have to mandatorily pay for all these weird add ons like a text based AI.

When they closed our bank account, including a huge reserve account of a million dollars, they oddly needed no signatures from us to close any of those accounts. It was scary from the aspect that an employee on their end could have just run away and cashed out the account.

Also many of their services are outsourced out of state.
