First time here. Recommend getting reservations as the restaurant fills up quickly. Salad bar had plenty of choices and the lettuce selections as well as spinach was fresh. Loaf of warm bread with butter brought to table and pleasantly surprised how tasty it was. Saved some to dip in gravy from entree. Had the artichoke dip for an appetizer. Came covered with a layer of melted cheese which I tried but ended up pushing to the side because the dip was so tasty on the toasted bread it came with. Had the lobster bisque which had a strong lobster flavor and thick consistency but if you were expecting pieces of lobster you would not find any. The entrees were the meatloaf which is on the regular menu and a nightly special of pot roast. Come hungry because the meatloaf was huge. Meat tender and gravy tasty with just enough to cover but not drown the meal. The nice surprise was the meatloaf was sliced like a sandwich with the mashed potatoes inside. Every bite had a piece of each in it. Could not finish even a third of it. Plenty that could feed two people. The pot roast was melt in your mouth tender with a lovely gravy along with mashed potatoes and the side of vegetables were cut fresh not canned. Done just right, tender not mushy. Had dessert to go. Slice of carrot cake that was moist, great spices and frosting not overly sweet. Pictures do not do justify showing the portion sizes which were plentiful.

8-16-24. First time diner at this fabulous Steakhouse. I went with the queen size prime rib. Huge piece of meat. To my exuberant surprise, they have a salad bar and it was awesome. I got broccoli, mixed vegetables and a loaf of bread with my meal. Heidi was my fine bartender. It was an added ambiance to my meal sitting next to and chatting with a Lady by the name of Fran. ❤️.

I’d been wanting to try this place for a while and so stopped in for dinner recently. Overall, the place was clean, the service was decent, and the food was okay with slight exception on some items.

I got the pork chop dish and chose rice pilaf as my side and it came with asparagus. I also chose to try out the salad bar and got a cup of the cheddar broccoli soup. I will say that the soup was great - with plenty of flavor and broccoli that was just firm enough. The salad bar wasn’t anything special, with your usual shaved carrots, cherry tomatoes, etc and seemed sort of out of place, but it was okay for what it was. The rice and pork chops were sort of on the bland side. As you can see from the pics, the chops were a ghoulish white and aside from the fruit glaze they were on the tough side and seemed devoid of seasoning. The asparagus was the one thing that was pretty bad - it looked sad on the plate and aside from there only being like 5 stalks, they didn’t seem seasoned in any way and were tough to chew - I didn’t make it past the first stalk.

I think the one thing this place has going for it is it’s in a beautiful area and the interior is very nice. Overall, not a terrible experience or anything by any means but even if I went back I don’t think I’d get that dish again.

My husband and I had a delightful evening for our anniversary dinner. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating. Even though we were there close to closing time, we did not feel rushed. The food was fantastic! The best shrimp scampi that I've ever had and my husband's black bean burger and fries were delicious. The ambiance was right on the mark with soft music and 3 fireplaces that we could enjoy. The artwork and structural details were just beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit! Thank you for your kindness and hospitality! Loved that four people smiled and said goodnight to us as we left. What a friendly group of people! 5 stars!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The property grounds are nice. It's rustic but still clean and not cluttered.

My husband had the Stone Kitchen Pasta with Shrimp ($36). I had the meatloaf ($26). As you can see, that's overpriced but all entrees have the salad bar included. The salad bar was great and helped make it worthwhile. If the owner is reading this, continue to have the salad bar and don't skimp on it in the future to save money. I'll make the drive again for it.

A loaf of hot bread came out and while I loved the idea of maple butter, the recipe could be tweaked; I thought it was too sweet and not creamy enough.

We only drank water, did not get an appetizer, and it was still not cheap. But everything was good so we'll go back.

Lastly, we chose to eat inside the dining room but it was nice outside and the patio was full. Fresh flowers in the bathroom and candles on the table are nice touches. I appreciate that they were kid-friendly (I walked by 2 other high chairs) and she brought another one over for us.

First and foremost we had a party of 17. So a lot of people. The waitress took care of us incredibly well. She was attentive always asking if we needed anything, let us know about our food .
She took our order and we went up to get salad bar. The salad bar is a huge plus as I always love a good one. I ordered the lobster bisque. It arrived and was super hot and pretty flavorful. We had also ordered garlic Parmesan wings. They were a bit different than what I'm used to but tasted very flavorful as well.
I ordered the steak medium rare . Once it finally arrived after a very long kitchen wait (which the waitress spoke to us to let us know several times) the steak was more medium to well. The mushrooms on top were a good addition to it .
All it was a decent time but definitely not worth the money.
