PLEASE READ IF YOU’RE THINKING ABOUT MOVING HERE! I lived here for three years, mainly just because I didn’t want to go through the hassle of moving. At first it seems like a nice place with the size of the houses and the amenities, but it’s just for show. It’s a “gated community”, but the gates never worked. Didn’t have a dryer for about 3 months after calling and putting in MANY work orders. Dishwasher didn’t work for two years and when it got “fixed” it still had problems. Had a wasp infestation in my BEDROOM that no one would come fix. The wood on the balcony was rotten. Water leak into one of the kitchen light fixtures that caused water damage along the entire back wall of the house and MOLD. Oh and in June our ac caught on fire… I’m not one to try to get free things, but I feel like they should have given my roomates and I free rent for July. Parking was a huge issue too. There was a very limited amount of guest parking spots and anyone that wasn’t in a spot got towed. I know parking in the street was stopped by the fire department, but they didn’t try to give any other options.

If I could give -5 stars I would. Quite possibly the worst experience I have ever had to deal with was having my two daughters live there. For 9 months they would either bring dirty dishes home or borrow a friends dishwasher because maintenance would never fix or replace their dishwasher. One of them had to use the others bathroom to shower because when she used hers water poured down from the light fixture above the kitchen sink. One daughter had her car towed by mistake and was never reimbursed. Neither will receive any of their deposit back because of bs fees and claims made about damage that was there when they moved in. I personally went to the main office on multiple occasions and they really don't like for you to do that, but at least they finally replaced the dishwasher for them.

I recently moved into The Reserve, and I couldn't be happier with my choice! The amenities are fantastic, with a beautiful pool, a well-equipped gym, and a cozy community lounge. The staff is incredibly friendly and responsive, always willing to help with any questions or concerns. The location is perfect, close to shopping and dining options, making it convenient for everything I need. The apartments themselves are spacious and well-maintained, with modern finishes that make it feel like home. I highly recommend The Reserve to anyone looking for a great place to live!

I really liked this place to begin with but after a year of living here I can’t say that living here has been a pleasure. Me and my roommates have had to get our dryer, dishwasher, and fridge replaced. We lost about $150 worth of groceries, and were not reimbursed. We also experienced an ant infestation, where we woke up to ants covering our entire kitchen, again having to spend more money. When our dryer was out me and another roommate spent $40 to go to a laundromat, and our new dryer is tearing holes in our clothes, I’ve lost about $120 worth of shirts in the last 2 months, not taking into account the clothes my other roommates lost. The only thing keeping our dryer from tearing up more clothes is a bra that got stuck on the part that was ripping up our clothes. Now we just got an email that our pool will be out for the remainder of the summer, which sucks because it was my favorite amenity. I really enjoyed living here my first 6 months but at this point I am losing money, and the amenities aren’t doing it for me anymore. I would like to say that management is fast, and they work hard to fix our problems, but regardless we have lost far more than we have gained living here.
