Update: After I posted my issue was resolved thank you!

I used their service for one month to help with clearing out old business listing for our address and they did great. But I was to receive a refund because they charged me an additional 299 and I have yet to receive it this was in February. I have left messages and called multiple times and have never had a return phone call. Be careful while they do what they say they will they will also charge your account multiple times and not refund it.

Well, I knew this would happen! I told this company I was only trying them for one month to fix my google, a one time fee! Well here we go they charged me again and never even fixed the google!

I was told I would only be charged a one time fee and then they continued to charge me a monthly fee without ever asking me. When I contacted them they claimed their services would give me the best exposure, however I did not see a difference in my business with the first month. I asked to cancel and be refunded for the second month which they agreed to but now I’ve been waiting over a month and have yet to receive my refund. I email and call and get no response. This place doesn’t care to help small business. All I want is my money back. They cancelled their services for the second month so they charged me for doing nothing.

just like other people that I have seen, they called my business told me they worked for google when they are a 3rd party company. they were not honest from the beginning and that to me is unprofessional and dishonest and company. I would not trust a company or hire them when they beginning with lies. if I could give negative stars I would.

update: your suspicion is 100 % incorrect! i have email proof. like i said unprofessional. However, i did get refunded so that is appreciated.

Was told they were affiliated with Google. I had tried contacting Google to fix a Google maps issue that my business was having. They called and said they were subcontractors of Google. That they would fix all the issues that I was having for a one time fee. It was
$199. I was told that they would not take any more money. That I was only giving permission for the one time fee. I was charged $199 two other times. Making the total just under $600. I called several times directly to the company. To my direct support technician as the told me. Left many voice-mail so never got any calls back. Was told the $199 fee would coverage personal tech for one month I had to call bank and report it as fraud. Nothing g at all was ever fixed and they kept charging g me months. Would not call back or respond at all.
