I am absolutely appalled by the poor customer service I received while inquiring about general liability insurance. After speaking with David over the phone, I was assured that I would receive more information and a quote via email. However, instead of providing assistance, I received an unprofessional and condescending response about how our company should've had insurance sooner.......

David implied that our business practices were inadequate and criticized us for not having hazard insurance in prior years, rather than focusing on how they could assist us moving forward. I was seeking guidance and a solution, not a lecture on how our company should have been operating in the past.

As a potential client, I felt disrespected and undervalued. If this is how this company treats prospective customers, I can't imagine how they handle existing clients. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for insurance needs—save yourself the frustration and find a company that actually values your business.
