Think Tank helped us to start our new business in St. Louis. For us, our business just wasn't a place 'to do' business but rather it was an extension of a dream we had to help entrepreneurs fulfill their dreams. So there we a lot of emotions involved. Think Tank did such an incredible job with our graphics, social media, website and the entire branding experience. I had a phone consultation with the owner, Trish, that didn't even last 10 minutes. She had started the call annoyed and rushed. She immediately asked what I was willing to spend without even trying to get to know the company or what it is that we were working on. She scoffed when I said we were partially based out of Chile which led me to assume that she has a problem with the Latino community with her entirely white staff. She immediately insulted my website and said that it wasn't a real website based off the platform I chose to build it on and compared it to using this platform to help her son run for senior class president. How can you run a PR and marketing firm without even caring about your clients or what they do or even trying to formulate a relationship? You cannot run a PR and marketing firm when you lack basic manners and have a clear disdain for communities of color.
