Working with Julee on our first home purchase was a great experience. Early on, we appreciated how proactive she was with sending us listings based on our requirements in a house - it kept us on our toes. Julee was quick with scheduling appointments for any houses that we wanted to take a look at, she also accommodated many last minute additions to the list of houses. Throughout the process, she has been excellent at communicating updates with all parties involved and activities that needed to be done. When we would look at houses, Julee was very attentive and made sure to point out things, good/bad in the house that we as first time home buyers may miss. She is knowledgeable about all the areas we were looking at in Snohomish county, furthermore, being a local from the area, she has historical context of how neighborhoods and homes have evolved throughout the years - so is able to provide input regarding things like materials used in older homes, layouts and quirks of building styles from different years. Julee was amazing. We just bought our first home and really did not know what we were doing.
