Terrible.
Shirts came in offset and slanted on the front side on both black on white shirts and white on black. I ordered 50 shirts and 25 hats. Hats never came in. Sent all offset material back . Was told I was going to receive new shirts. They never came in. Nor did my hats ever show up. I had ro put in a claim to get money back. Thanks for my bank. They recovered my money. Waste of time. Ill stay local for now on.

I've been trying to get an update for last two weeks on my order and no response or call back. The communication was great as I was placing my order but once the invoice was paid I got ghosted. After reading some of these reviews I should have done more research and save me a headache. I'm willing to correct this review once I receive my order or my refund Raul. I'm sure I can get my money back from my CC company but I'm giving you a chance to correct this. To be honest I feel like most of these good reviews are fake.

STAY AWAY! There are plenty of shops that would be happy to have your business. Why risk Threaded Merch stealing your money and wasting your time like they did me and at least several others (according to reviews)? Some people may have had a good experience, but look at the recent reviews and you'll see plenty of others like me. I wish I had before placing my order and losing hundred of dollars. Story below with screenshots of my communications.

Placed an order more than two months ago. They took my payment immediately, but then I didn't hear from them for weeks. Finally after several emails I got a reply asking for more time. I agreed, but again heard nothing for several more weeks. When I asked for a refund, the owner refused to fulfill the order or refund my money, instead demanding I dispute the now two-month old charge with my credit card company. As someone who runs multiple businesses, I know it would only take them maybe 30 seconds to refund my payment. Instead, they want me to file a claim with my credit card company which will take 30-90 days to resolve. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

UPDATE: After nearly three months and several hours collecting documents and talking to my credit card company, I FINALLY got a refund. The credit card processing company Threaded Merch uses could have provided a refund in 1-2 business days, if the owner would have chosen to issue one. I think his hope was that by ignoring emails and asking for more time to complete the order, he would push the order beyond the chargeback time allowed by card companies. Luckily I was able to get my money back, but it took a lot hassle and headache.

Used their t-shirt designer tool, my custom designed shirt was easy to design and order. They emailed me a digital mockup to confirm my order and I am overall, very satisfied! Thank you Threaded Merch!

A COMPLETE FRAUD!!!
Now after him saying he couldn't fulfill my order and that he would refund me. (SEE BELOW) He lies to my bank stating I received my order one week after I paid and then proceeded to FORGE my signature. The lowest of the low. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. He hides behind "God bless" and "blessings", but he's nothing but a demon. 10/12/2021 update. Good thing I keep all receipts and emails.

Raul had my order for over 30 days and realized my project is too "challenging". And because I expressed my disappointment of lack of communication, he allowed his ego to get in the way and lies to and gives my husband a handshake and says my order will be completed today at 330PM. Knowing we have customers and orders to fulfill, we get an email approximately 3 hours before the deadline saying "they are not a good fit and will be refunding my order". He's a fast talker. Even his worker Edgar said that I had to be careful because the people in this industry are just as crooked as used car salesmen,
I wonder who he was referring to? BEWARE!!! He's good at smiling and lying in your face.
