I began working with TMBPartners in 2019 in my role as global marketing communications manager at an international manufacturing solutions company, and was immediately impressed by Tom's strategic mind and "get things done" attitude. My company at the time needed a messaging rewrite to appeal to potential buyers, and the TMB team tackled this swiftly and effectively using their YC/YB (your company, your brand) analysis. They interviewed internal and external stakeholders to capture the message that was already being shared, identify problem areas, and recreate our message to convey value in a unique way. In that role I also worked with them on various copywriting efforts, SEM campaigns, and design projects. To this day, their quick turnaround and high quality work is second-to-none and made it an easy decision to continue to work with them when I moved to a new company in 2020. Going on almost 5 years working with TMBPartners, the team is now supporting my marketing/communications work at a rapidly growing outpatient medical infusion company, where they manage 10+ of our Google/Facebook digital advertising campaigns to support our growth in areas such as research study enrollment and new location launch, assist us in key message development, and spearhead design projects to support our sales team. Chanda and Tom are a dream to work with and have become not only trusted extensions of my team, but have also become friends along the way. If you're looking for a long-term agency partner that makes targeted recommendations and nixes the "fluff" often found in marketing, I highly recommend working with this team!

One may think that "TMBPartners" is named as such due to multiple partners owning the business. Regardless of ownership, I would argue that the "Partners" in their business name is primarily a reflection of what to expect when soliciting their services. We have enjoyed a longstanding, 20yr+, relationship with TMB, of which I have personally been involved since 2021. Having previously worked with many vendors across multiple countries, I can personally attest that the care, thought, and longevity to the services they provide are always top of mind. Never reaching to inflate billings by delivering customers explicitly what they "want", but refining deliverables to what customers "need." Thank you TMB. We value our trusted partnership. - Josh

Chanda Cregg with TMB is always on point with our SEM Marketing Campaigns. She goes above and beyond to help us understand our spend, and our options, and works to optimize everything to our benefit. And she's just a wonderful person to work with! My puppy, Ren, agrees!
