Bev in prepared foods department was wonderful yesterday in preparing 5 fish dinners for us - even though we arrived later than planned. She is retiring next Saturday and we wish her well. Hoping that TOPS has a nice send off for this pleasant lady who has devoted 28 years of her life to your store.

They have a bottle and can redemption center off to the left of the front entrance. Put your cans and bottles into the machine and it gives you a ticket that you can redeem with a cashier. I didn’t see this info elsewhere on Google maps so thought I’d post it.

The grocery store itself is fine. Not special, but they sell reasonably good food at a reasonable price.

Since my friends are getting tired of hearing my thoughts on this store…

Tops is impressively consistent. Produce that’s pre-aged for your convenience, an overwhelming aroma of old fryer grease, obnoxious prices, and a curated self-checkout experience designed to make your trip as frustrating as possible.

Judging by the general vibe, management is doing a stellar job of keeping morale at rock bottom. Truly the luxury grocery experience nobody asked for.

Stopped by for a quick visit and I was very happy to see Tops has finally added it's own veggie cream cheese spread. Yay 😁🙌 and it's good and on sale 2 for 5😊

Good selection of gluten free items in natural foods section including most Schar products. Boar's head available at deli counter. Bread, desserts, and meals in frozen section.
There were a couple of moldy items on the shelf so use care when shopping

Overpriced, but suitable. It is my new favorite activity to go to self-checkout in work attire and in my workout hoodie, (with the hood down), and compare how closely I'm being watched in each.

Additionally, do not shop here unless you're a member - the membership is free but essentially mandatory, unless you hate having money. The Tops points gas system is essentially a non-factor, unless I, and I state this earnest, actually sit down and plan my gas and grocery store adventures. What a world.

7/18 Store is fine. But worst customer service ever.. lazy workers. Completely ignored. Girl with glasses and dark hair barely said a word eating her chips. Horrible, give me the card and I'll do your job for you.

Worst customer service I’ve experienced at a grocery store. The two women at the desk were arguing with each other and talking in foul language with each other and a third employee. I won’t say their names which I got a glimpse of as this is probably a store-wide problem and management needs to train everyone on good customer services practice.
