Maleena is awesome to work with!! Brought my 5 lines over to AT&T from over 12 years with Sprint T-Mobile. Had issues major issues with one device I was trying to bring over. I worked with T-Mobile on the phone for like a week trying to get this phone unlocked. It never got unlocked however Maleena, when I came back to Sam's, took control of the situation and worked super super long and hard on resolving my issue.
