We have been absolutely blown away with the service and product provided by TCS&G. We walked in with an idea in my head to honor Trooper Schaffer from the WSP who was killed in the line of duty less than a day prior and had a completed design and rush order within hours to deliver to our first responders in the area. The care and service provided was top notch. On top of that TCS&G did not want any recognition or social media posts, they repeatedly said "we only want to honor Justin".
Well done TCS&G, it's so great to see small businesses that go the extra mile!

Absolutely terrible service. We had them print a set of plans for a project and it came out faded and illegible. When we asked for a digital copy of the scan they refused. They offered no solution to the poor print they delivered us. They did not notify us ahead of time that they had a faulty machine. When I asked them for assistance with the project they were extremely rude to me.

Go somewhere else if you want professional, quality services.

Reasonably price, but less than stellar service. I called for a quote to have them make invitations for me. The main lady asked me to email her the information, and the design. I went ahead and than asked her to confirm she received the email. She said she did, and than told me they would be done in a couple hours and she would call me. Four hours later I was in town so I stopped by. She said rudely that they had gotten behind, and that she would call me. I waited another 4 hours and called and she told me she never received my email, like she had originally thought. I resent it, and she said it would be done first thing in the morning. When all was said and done it wasn't done till 3:00PM the next day. Disappointing you want to shop local, but you don't always get the service you would like. I would recommend Staples or Sign Pro.
