I first want to start off by giving a big shout out to Juan Diaz, cherry and the rest of their team members, also Carlota and Aileen (from Lawyers Title Company) for making this transaction stress free from start to finish. Thank you to any and everyone else behind the scenes who were also involved in making this all possible. Closing went extremely smooth. I can not stress enough how grateful I was to have met and worked with Juan and his team. I am still in disbelief by how quick and smooth closing went. It was the easiest transaction I have ever experienced thus far. I must say this was a lot easier than when I bought my home. Don’t walk but run to call up twin home buyers/ equity track inc. They will definitely work with you to make sure all parties win in the end. They were kind enough to let me also still stay in the home two weeks after closing. Which is nice because it gave me a chance to get the rest of my ducks in order. If you have any questions/concerns don’t hesitate to call and talk to them if you feel uneasy about something. They’re all very communicative. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who owns a property rather it’s a property you no longer want to deal with or you’re having a hardship and fell a few months behind on your mortgage and need a fresh start.
