I try and give the smaller business my business, and have given this location many opportunities. Visited this location last weekend, and had a few heavy things in my cart. As a an older woman, as I was leaving all I heard the manager say was make sure you get her cart brought back in. NOT, see if she needs help putting her items in her car. Was at this location during winter to pick up a very heavy bag of ice melt. Same thing, no help, no one offered, just worried about the damn cart! I will be using a different location.

Quick stop (so I thought) for a couple of new keys. Everything was fine until I went to the register. I had to stand there for a minute waiting for the cashier who was fixing her draw. Seconds later a female coworker came behind her and went into her draw. The two started a long winded conversation. The cashier says to her "Should I cash her out first?" Her coworker replied "No, she can wait." "Haven't I wait long enough? It's been about five minutes?" I replied. Mind you she the only cashier there! "We need to count the draw!" She YELLED. They literally counted the draw and DID NOT apologize for the long wait or her loud tone of voice. Seriously! The cashier rung me up like I just walked up. She politely tells me to have a nice day. Fifteen minutes for two set of keys and an attitude. Thanks for making me feel like a VALUED CUSTOMER. I'll use Home Depot instead.

I was immediately welcomed at the door by sales associate Jim.....he was extremely helpful and assisted me through my entire store visit.....i askef him a few questions on a couple different home improvements and he was quite nice. I enjoyed shopping because i found it easier to get around a smaller store than the bigger stores, where most of the time i am left alone looking for stuff and the store is just too huge....i will return....i spotted some other items i need soon.

I'm always greeted by an employee upon arrival, asking if they can help me find anything. They have a wide variety of products for the home maintenance, storage,tools, DYI projects, indoor and outdoor decor. Stores are clean and we'll stocked.

I absolutely love Valu Home Centers. As soon as you walk in several employees greet you. They're all willing to guide you and help you with whatever you may need. Today I had a gentleman help me with supplies for marshmallow shooters.
They always have what their ad shows and affordable prices.
