I heard about Cutco’s job opportunities through a mutual friend who works in one of their Southern California divisions, and since being hired with the San Diego division I have had nothing but a great experience. Amazing work environment. I am a 4.0 business student working through school, and I could not have wished for a better job to take me to graduation. The people here are warm and welcoming, they push you to succeed and are there when you need help. I have twelve years of job experience and this is by far the best place I've ever worked. This job can easily be turned into a career. Vector gives you real world, hands on, business experience. There is even an opportunity to earn a scholarship while working here. This is a fantastic place if you have an entrepreneurial spirit or want to be your own boss. I set my own schedule so it doesn't interfere with anything else I have going on. Don’t work for this company, they honestly scammers in disguise. They don’t pay for your training, mostly focused on making profit of you. Especially to young adults that still learning about the world, that they took advantage of to profit themselves. So don’t bother wasting your time and money for them.

I am so happy I stumbled upon this opportunity! My favorite part about it is definitely the team aspect, as everyone within the team is so helpful and encouraging. This position is so positive, especially for an 18 year old college kid like me, because it provides so many benefits and skills that you can apply later on in your life. After only working for two weeks, I have noticed I have developed a better sense of professionalism, and I have noticed an increase in my communication skills, especially communicating with people who I don’t know personally. The longer I continue to work under Vector, the more my skills will continue to develop, setting me up for ultimate success in my future career.
