Very disappointed on the customer care, not professionals at all

Good morning Jorge, I ordered business card at your office a couple of weeks ago, I brought my own design, the lady that help me said design will go to revision for approval, I waited 2 days and I got no response, I called and she said she was busy that she will send the approval request at the end of the day, never happened, I keep calling and asking always same response and no results, I waited for a week and finally I gave up, went with another company got the approval the next day after placing my order and got my cards.

After 10 days I got the approval request from your office, it was a frustrating experience and a waste of my time

i have been going here for the last 2 years for my boys soccer team. i was always happy with the service. i went in a few days ago and was helped by a younger lady. i wanted a banner for my team and was told to give info and pay when i picked it up. i offered to pay a deposit. after handing my deposit i was told they didn't have change (it was a $100). i offered to go get change and then was told they would not accept the deposit. it would have to be the paid in full due to the fact that i was a first time customer? they do good work just train staff on policy's so it doesn't seem shady.
