Vilma and Maria are great to work with! They know what they are talking about and their work shows it. Maria went out of her way to accommodate our schedule to complete our trucks logo's. She is super friendly and made sure each logo was done professionally and to our high standards. We are very pleased and we will definitely recommend this company to others 🙂

Vilma is one of a kind. Truly a professional along with her daughter Maria. They make our vinyl graphics, have wrapped our vehicles and now they will be doing our embroidered shirts, hats, jackets as they now have an embroidery department. Very easy to work with.

Initially friendly. Poor quality of work. Turnaround time not met as promised.

I am really disappointed to leave such a negative review. At first, I found Vilma & her assistant to be very friendly and was excited to work with them. The print I ordered was originally delivered in a timely manner, however, there were many issues with it. It was laminated (which I did no request), it was not cut straight (hairlines on two sides of the artwork, very noticeable against black bleed), it had literally hundreds of tiny lamination bubbles, and line streaks. Being an art project, I was hoping of something higher quality (as I explained to her).

They agreed they would reprint for no charge, and also increase the size (which I sent them the edited file, with a bleed and offered to pay the difference) They promised me it would be done the next day, which was vital. I called in the AM to get an eta and she couldn't give me time, so I thanked her and awaited a call. I called an hour before they closed, and she said she was "really busy" and would call me in 10 minutes. Never called. I called 10 minutes before they closed (while waiting near the area in case it was complete) and she said this exactly: "You're a pain to work, this isn't really worth it to me. So you can wait till Monday or come and get a refund.."

If I had been notified during the day that my order couldn't be completed, I would understand and wait over the weekend - or, contact another company that day in order to get my artwork printed. I chose Vilma's signs since it's a small, local business. Unfortunately that was a big mistake which cost me time, money and frustration!

Great local company to do business with. Maria installed new decals on my 5th wheel. It took awhile as the weather went from raining to 90 degrees, but on a cloudy, but not rainy day Maria fit me in and it looks amazing. Thank you!
