My family ordered a “Lions Den” sign as a Xmas gift for the new man cave. The family not understanding the sign was for indoors, ordered the sign for an outside application. I am over the moon with the customer service, attention to detail, and end product. I had what I thought to be a complicated custom order. I sent a phone image of a logo and requested colors and the illusion of moving parts that I wasn’t sure could happen. I received a few phone calls to ensure they understood what I was requesting and they were able to confirm that it was possible to make this happen for a one of a kind, unique surprise for my husband and the end result was exactly, to ever detail, precisely what I envisioned. Consistent email communication was also provided to keep me up-to-date from beginning to end. This didn’t take long at all; a week and a half and I had the sign at my home once all the details were gathered and agreed-upon. I cannot stress enough that the customer service was top-notch!
