Honestly the Auto Center sucked today. I called starting at 8 this morning. Vanessa seemed ro not know how or give two cares about the job. Things got better with time with her. I arrived to the place to get 4 tires bought and installed. I believe his name was Alex, he was OVERLY helpful. Helped me right on out the door!! He went through so many motions to explain how I probably couldn't get the service I asked for. I used to work here so I know management. I spoke with Ashley and she helped me rectify the situation. I may come back tomorrow and get the service. I'm not sure if I should though at this point🤷🏾‍♀️

Go to any other walmart but this one !! It's horrible . Do not to the pick up as well. Everyone parked at pick up is in the store shopping. The guys that bring your stuff out don't handle your stuff with care and most likely will be broken before it makes it in your car .

Super Walmart ! Really big, well stocked up & very friendly staff. We really like Walmart, it is a FANTASTIC chain in the USA. Everyday low prices ! That is what we enjoy coming from Europe, we don't have so large retailer. Here we managed to get everything we needed, groceries, staple food, etc.
Also great they had a Lottery machine, I did not win though, but still happy they have this convenience here!

This store is bad for Walmart standards. Product availability and cleanliness are decent but due to poor inventory last year they only allow 2 self checkouts to be open with an employee figuratively watching over your shoulder. Despite how long lines are they won't open more registers or self checkouts

This Walmart is absolutely terrible. The store is always dirty, shelves are constantly empty, and the customer service is awful. The employees clearly hate their jobs and make no effort to help customers. Instead, they give attitude and make shopping there a frustrating experience.

Self-checkout is a nightmare. Employees hover over you as if they’re waiting for you to steal something, yet they refuse to staff actual registers.

To make matters worse, police officers constantly patrol the store, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere and making people feel like criminals just for shopping. Instead of improving the store, they seem to be blaming the community.

I drive farther to go to another location. The real problem isn’t the customers,it’s the employees and management.

Placed a grocery order for pickup. Usually a good experience. Today, ran in to pick up prescriptions and noticed 5-6 employees standing in the pick up area with multiple orders there waiting. Went back to my car and notified them I was there for my order. Sat in the car for over 30 minutes. Watching employees standing in the parking lot talking and laughing. Once in a while would observe an order being brought out. So, I tried calling to make sure the app notified them I had arrived. After the initial store answer of the phone and choosing the pick up orders department, it rang and rang…. No one ever answered. I tried calling back 3x. Now it’s been 45 minutes since I arrived. So, I went into the store where 5 employees were standing by the orders. When I started asking about my order, all but one scattered!! I gave them my parking spot number and they said, oh it’s right here. They brought it right out.
Ridiculous!! They can stand around and shoot the breeze instead of providing good service.
Tried calling the store to talk to the manager. Never could get anyone to answer the phone.
Not that leaving a negative review will make any difference. They don’t have to care. Even if I go shop somewhere else, they will be fine. Why would they need to provide good service?

We live 2 miles away from this store. We prefer to drive 12 mules to another location. This particular walmart, is a nightmare. If possible, avoid this store. They never stock their products. It's always stacked on pallets in the aisles. If you ask for help, they tell you no speak English. There is no room to push your cart thru the aisles. The only good thing about this place is the pharmacy. They're fantastic.

The check outs were clearly busy and for some reason only had a few lanes open and 3 self check outs open. It’s understandable if you’re under staffed I understand I have worked in retail it isn’t easy but there were multiple employees talking to each other that could have easily opened a register to help. It wasn’t late either it was 8pm it’s holiday time there should be more lanes open.
