I have ordered a total of three plaques (different times/orders) from Tom. Every experience I had with Tom was great and beyond what I expected. Tom has great communication throughout the process, and is very transparent showing you your design through the process to ensure accuracy. The quality of his work is great; all three plaques I ordered were very study and the quality of all the small detail is amazing. I would recommend Tom for anyone needing a plaque, sign, etc, and I will definitely return when I need more work done.

I found Watson Wooden Words website and was very impressed with the samples on his page. Tom was very easy to work with. Quality and customer service are clearly his priority. I needed a simple wooden plaque "Vickie's Bistro" for my wife's kitchen. Tom did a first class job. He came up with a 18"X5" wood sign done in Script that fit the kitchen perfectly.
