We had a strong mold smell coming from our bathroom and knew we needed a professional look for remediation. I called WCC and even on the phone they were thorough in explaining what they did, detailed the fixed charges, as well as, potential charges once they came out for an estimate. Up front charges are a biggie for me....including potential charges too set me at ease that they were an honest company who knows their customer's worries and communicates well in tough, uncertain circumstances. I have always asked detailed questions for any service I hire and WCC answered every one and made me feel like a valued customer. Their knowledge and empathy shined through clearly even on the initial call.

When WCC came out they were friendly, professional, and once again very thorough in explaining everything as the quote progressed. I felt reassured and confident in their work. We got an expert consultation we could trust....and a resolution we felt confident in. Without a doubt we feel very comfortable with this company and their care with us. It's incredibly hard to find trustworthy businesses you can count on to be honest and forthright these days, but WCC is one of these few. I’ve used WCC both personally and professionally! The most recent was personally. They came to my rescue late at night when we found out water had taken over our kitchen and laundry room. They went above and beyond to ensure everything would be taken care of promptly and most importantly made it safe to live in. Their communication through the entire process was top notch and they made sure to protect the rest of the house from a mess as well. Not only that but they helped explained the insurance process and made sure they communicated directly with them as well. When I used them professionally they provided the same great service! Not long after they worked on my house my dad’s house also had a leak and they took great care of him too! Such a great experience! Called about water damage and they were at the house within 20 minutes and were starting mitigation. Patrick was pleasant, kind, and very informative. Hopefully we won’t ever have to use them again but if we do they will be our first call!

I can’t say enough good things about this company. When I called, they were at my door within an hour—faster than I ever expected. From the moment they arrived, they went above and beyond. Not only did they take care of the immediate damages, but they took extra steps to ensure everything was thoroughly dried out, cleaned, and safe throughout the course.
