Ranjani Ravi (eXP Realty) and I hired Manisha to do the staging for my home in Bothell. Overall Manisha's staging was excellent. She is very prompt in communication, she came to my house 3 times before the staging date to checkout the rooms, the wall colors, flooring, dimensions etc. She took time to explain to me, the style she is going to use, I liked her taste in furniture and other aesthetics. We ended up choosing a modern look with not-so-bulky furniture and this turned out great.

She has great attention to detail, took 1.5 days to complete the staging and when it was complete, we could see that she has put in a lot of thought into every single piece that was on display.
Finally, she was super helpful on the day before listing when I had an last-minute requirement on the exterior staging, she came out to solve it within couple of hours.

After the first weekend of open house, the most consistent compliments I got from my friends who visited the house was - staging was outstanding.

Ultimately, the house went pending for above listing price and Manisha's staging was one of the primary reasons for that.
