We all know about the high prices but in addition the service has severely diminished.
First, we lost all express check-out replaced by self-checkout stations. I object to having to check myself out in addition to paying these prices. This is a job for paid cashiers! How dare they put customers to work! There are NO cashiers available on any morning including, Saturdays, the busiest shopping days.
Now the bread has become self-serve. We are expected to bag it, find the PLU, print out the barcode and slice it ourselves. Until recently paid employees did this job. Again, putting customers to work.
DOGS! There is a large sign at the entrance forbidding dogs from entering. Customers ignore this sign and I’ve never seen so many dogs in a grocery store! When I ask the security guards about this I am told that they are not allowed to say anything… what?!? I’d like to know what they are there for if not to enforce the rules of the store.
Put it all together, we have moved most of our shopping needs to other stores and even though Whole Foods is geographically convenient we do our best to avoid it.

Product placement proved to be perplexing as I spent precious time searching for yogurts, only to discover them tucked away behind the vitamin aisle. On a more positive note, the Mediterranean and Hot bar delighted me with their wide variety and freshness. However, the average cost for a medium cup and a box amounted to $21.

My shopping experience took a turn for the worse in the self-checkout area. There were no clear signs or instructions on how to pay for the items I had selected. In contrast to Target, where self-checkout is straightforward, I was left baffled and ultimately abandoned my cucumbers and tomatoes at the self-checkout station.

My only complaint is when you order food to eat inside the store the people they allow upstairs ruin the atmosphere. I don't have a problem with the homeless having a warm place to stay but when they get out of control and start getting wild they need to be kicked out. If they can't act with decency they don't need to be there

I shop here frequently and generally find it a solid layout with mostly good, fresh products however the butcher counter has an attitude problem, unsure why! One older butcher specifically just rudely barking at or completely ignoring polite customers. Grow up lol

Our family used to shop at this Whole Foods location for decades, sometimes several times a week. We were such regulars that we were even selected as "Customers of the Month" (back when Whole Foods truly valued its customers before the Amazon takeover). Unfortunately, recent visits have been a huge letdown. The shelves are poorly stocked, often filled with multiples of a single product to disguise the shortage and lack of variety.

But the most troubling issue is the security staff. Numerous reviews have pointed out the same problem: they follow customers, hover over them, and stand uncomfortably close while they pack their bags or load their shopping carts after paying. This behavior seems to predominantly target female customers, creating an unwelcoming and disrespectful environment.

Contrast this with my experience at Trader Joe's, where the cashier graciously offered to pack my shopping cart for me. If Trader Joe's were a publicly traded company, I wouldn't hesitate to invest in it. Any woman looking to spend her hard-earned money deserves a more respectful and pleasant shopping experience.

On my sightseeing visits to New York I prefer not to spend too much time eating lunch, while trying to avoid fast food restaurants.
The Whole Foods Market chain is a great option.
The prepared food options are of a high quality. You can take it to eat at the hotel or in some places they also offer dine in.

If you come to visit the new World Trade Center, or the 911 Memorial Museum, don’t forget to come to this Whole Food market, either for a cup of coffee, a quick organic meal or for everyday groceries. You won’t be disappointed when you indulge yourself in this wonderful organic world! It is called the Healthiest Grocery Store the USA. My family love this grocery chain and visit it at least twice a month. Just come and see it for yourself! There is even a lounge room for you to relax a while when you got tired or bored.

This is the only Whole Foods that consistently has a supply issue. Everytime I go here I'm disappointed about the lack of anything. It's almost sad - either there is a food shortage or this store doesn't know how to manage a super market
