Got our names carved at the San Jose - Christmas in the Park event and it was good. They had a variety of options at different price points. Got it done in about 45 mins and I liked the final product. Writing this as there seems to be a ton of bad reviews from very long back. Maybe it is a new management now and the service/product is quite good.

I ordered a sign at Country Thunder, and they promised to ship it to our house using Priority Mail. Fast forward 4 weeks later, and they have been ignoring my text and phone calls. I did talk to Christian once and he promised they would look into it and ship it to our house but I haven't heard from them since. They apologized because it was their busiest time of the year, but it sounded like they lost our sign. I even submitted my receipt and design I wanted to them again, but since the 1st initial contact with them, they have been trying to ignore me since. And it's impossible to try to reach anyone else in the company to let them know about the situation and how dissatisfied I am.

If I could rate them negatively I would. Don't work with this business, they are untrustworthy. Had I know I would be working with this type of business the day of, I would of never submitted my order.

In a busy time of year it took a couple of weeks to have my vacation rental signs finished - but the finished product was DEFINITELY WORTH THE WAIT ! Ana & Mike greatly improved the design from the mock version that I emailed them. Very HAPPY customer here. People who left bad reviews must not have completed communications or left something out in their dealings or were simply too impatient.

I ordered a sign from their shop on September 24, 2017 and I live in Alabama, I was in California for a wedding and was told that it could be shipped to my house, well fastforward to today.... it is now December 1, 2017 and still have not received my sign! I have called multiple times and have made contact with some one once and that was a week after ordering. Well she said she would call me back and still have not heard from her! I called her three days after the initial call and left a voicemail.... and still no return phone call over the last few months I have tried to call several times and have left messages still no response. So today I decided to call yet again and guess what voicemail and now it is 3 hours later still no call back, I call again and my call is DECLINED! THE ONLY REASON THIS BUSINESS HAS GOTTEN A SINGLE STAR IS BECAUSE THAT IS THE LEAST I COULD RATE THEM! AT THIS POINT I WOULD BE GIVING THEM A NEGATIVE 5 ⭐️ RATING! I WAS SO EXCITED ABOUT GETTING THIS SIGN, I HAVE ALWAYS WANTED ONE! NOW I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK!

Ordered sign on way home but never recieved it. They promised it would be shipped the next day but now 15 days later no sign. The one response I got 8 days ago claimed they sent it to the wrong address but would send it again the next day and give a tracking number. 8 days later they have ignored all attempts to contact and never recieved a tracking number or a sign. Dont trust this bussiness.

If you want to get ripped off and lied to, then this is the place for you. Completely unethical business practices. They'll take your order and your money and you'll never get your product... Stay away! Plenty of other good sign shops in Oakhurst.

Received a product that wasn’t excactly what I ordered. I requested a sign that was hanging outside of the store, something that was already made, just with a fish lasered on it. Fish looks moderate, sign is not right. Called and asked for an update, told I would get a call back, never did.
